CD4 and neoplasm: Quantitative analysis revealed that tumor samples contained significantly higher percentages of CD8+ T cells (tumor: 15.3% vs. healthy: 9.1%, p=0.003), CD4+ T cells (tumor: 18.7% vs. healthy: 12.4%, p=0.005), and regulatory T (Treg) cells (tumor: 7.8% vs. healthy: 2.1%, p<0.001) compared to healthy samples.
