Subsequent to the successful isolation of malignant epithelial cells, we performed re-clustering of the malignant cells, resulting in the classification of 7,223 pancreatic cancer malignant cells into four distinct clusters: C0 RPS4Y1+ tumor cells (3,550), C1 LYZ+ tumor cells (1,795), C2 CPE+ tumor cells (1,150), and C3 MKi67+ tumor cells (728) (Figures 1A–C). The gene discussed is LYZ; the disease is neoplasm.
