The receptor for advanced glycation end products (RAGE) is a versatile cell surface molecule belonging to the immunoglobulin superfamily and is closely associated with diabetes, AS, Alzheimer’s disease, and vascular damage (Soro-Paavonen A,et al., 2008; Wang B, et al., 2017; Senatus L,et al., 2017; Paudel et al., 2020). This evidence concerns the gene AGER and early-onset autosomal dominant Alzheimer disease.
