However, the neutralization of CXCL14 eliminated the protective effect of guanosine on endometritis caused by E. coli, which was manifested by an increase in the histological score to 3.3 ± 0.52 and an elevation of the bacterial load to 97 033 ± 66 152 CFU per gram of the uterus (Figure 8B–N, Figure S10A,B, Supporting Information).
