The genes most frequently mutated in our cohort included ATR, BRAF, CTCF, CTNNB1, FGFR2, KMT2D, KMT2C, MSH, PIK3R1, PTEN, and ZFHX3, consistent with previously described genomic patterns in primary carcinomas [5,46,47,48]. This evidence concerns the gene CTNNB1 and carcinoma.
