In contrast, age (Table 5, p < 0.001, HR: 1.037, 95% CI: 1.027–1.047), percentage of BM blasts (Table 5, p = 0.023, HR: 1.009, 95% CI: 1.001–1.016), and TP53 mutations (Table 5, p < 0.001, HR: 3.701, 95% CI: 2.092–6.547) were identified as independent unfavorable prognostic factors for AML patients.
