We found that HGB levels (Table 5, p = 0.003, HR: 0.991, 95% CI: 0.986–0.997), NPM1 mutation (Table 5, p = 0.006, HR: 0.629, 95% CI: 0.452–0.877), and CEBPAbZIP-inf mutation (Table 5, p = 0.007, HR: 0.533, 95% CI: 0.337–0.841) were independent favorable prognostic factors for AML patients. Here, CYGB is linked to acute myeloid leukemia.
