In our study of 71 drug-associated CTCL patients, 15 were treated with TNF-α inhibitors for a range of underlying autoimmune conditions, including psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis, Crohn's disease, ankylosing spondylitis, rheumatoid arthritis, and ulcerative colitis. The gene discussed is TNF; the disease is primary cutaneous T-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
