These IncHI2/IncHI2A plasmids were found to possess genes such as dfrA14, sul3, sul2, blaCTX-M-55, blaTEM-1, qnrS1, aadA22, aph(3′)-Ia, aac(3)-IId, aph(6)-Id, tetA, mphA, arr2, linG, and LAP2 genes, suggesting that these isolates may have originated from the same source of infection. Here, GLYAT is linked to infection.
