The present study assessed the local administration of a C-ROS-1 chemical inhibitor, Crizotinib, delivered either on a nonresorbable collagen sponge or on resorbable sodium carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) microdisks, as a nonsurgical approach to treat craniosynostosis in Twist‐1del/+ mutant mice. The gene discussed is ROS1; the disease is craniosynostosis.
