The non-overlapping fluorescence emission of ICG in the NIR-IIa window (1000-1200 nm) and PbS/CdS QDs in the NIR-IIb window (1500-1700 nm) enabled our two-plex in vivo molecular imaging technique to dynamically monitor the levels of PD1 and the number of CD8+ T cells in tumor. Here, CD8A is linked to neoplasm.
