We present here an analysis of the largest set of TP53 mutations in CLL patients to date with 1,056 TP53 variants from 683 patients recruited within the centers of the French Innovative Leukemia Organization-CLL (FILO) and 5,173 variants from UMD_CLL, a carefully curated database of TP53 mutations. This evidence concerns the gene TP53 and B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia.
