Interestingly, RanBP9-3xHA pulled down Parp12 (Poly[ADP-ribose] polymerase member 12), which had been previously reported as RanBP9 interactor [42], and is an interferon stimulated gene that contributes to suppressing viral infections (Table 2 and Supplementary Table 2) [43, 44].
