APOE and dementia: Among APOE ε4 non-carriers, a higher adherence measured with the Knuppel score (HR: 0.89, 95 % CI: 0.82, 0.96), the Hanley-Cook score (HR: 0.91, 95 % CI: 0.85, 0.97), the Kesse-Guyot score (HR: 0.87, 95 % CI: 0.80, 0.96), the Bui score (HR: 0.86, 95 % CI: 0.78, 0.96), and the Colizzi score (HR: 0.92, 95 % CI: 0.85, 0.99) was associated with lower risk of all-cause dementia (supplementary Table 5, Fig. 2).
