The tumor sphere formation assay showed that EXOSC10 deletion declined the sphere formation rate in Huh-7 and Hep3B cells (Fig. 4G), as well as impaired the expression of OCT4 and CD44 proteins (Fig. 4H, I), indicating the inhibition of cancer cell stemness after EXOSC10 knockdown.
