E2F1 and cancer: Functionally, we found EXOSC10 overexpression reversed E2F1 deficiency-induced proliferation inhibition (Fig. 5B), apoptosis enhancement (Fig. 5C), angiogenesis suppression (Fig. 5D-E), and cancer stemness impairment (Fig. 5G-I) in Huh-7 and Hep3B cells.
