MET and non-small cell lung carcinoma: In conclusion, our study indicates that the combination of MET with anti-PD-1/PD-L1 therapies may serve as a promising therapeutic strategy to augment the innate immune response in patients diagnosed with NSCLC, especially for those harboring LKB1 mutations which tend to be poorly immune responsive By leveraging the unique mechanisms of action associated with MET, which appears to modulate key signaling pathways and promote pro-immune features, we provide compelling evidence for its potential role in reactivating immune responses in a subset of NSCLC patients.
