In conclusion, our results indicated that higher fetal exposure to a chemical mixture of seven PFAS, two phthalate metabolites, and triclosan was associated with lower sperm concentration and total sperm count, decreased testicular volume, higher proportion of non‐progressive and immotile spermatozoa, and higher concentration of FSH (a marker of primary testicular failure), but with limited precision. The gene discussed is BRD2; the disease is eunuchism.
