On the one hand, we found that the five genes exhibited robust diagnostic power, with AUC values of 76.4, 80.1, 68.2, 78.1, and 71.8 for VCL, ABCB1, JAK2, KDR, and NGF in the NF and DCM groups, respectively, with all values exceeding 65%. This evidence concerns the gene ABCB1 and familial dilated cardiomyopathy.
