In addition to breast, melanoma, gastric, and colorectal cancers, A20 has been implicated in the progression of various other malignancies, including endometrial cancer, adrenocortical carcinoma, cholangiocarcinoma, bladder cancer, esophageal carcinoma, and thyroid cancer [41,42,43,44,45,46,47]. This evidence concerns the gene TNFAIP3 and colorectal cancer.
