Additionally, in multivariate analysis (Table 4), after adjusting for baseline Ki67 levels, tumor stage, and treatment duration, CXCL9 (OR: 0.64, 95% CI: 0.41–0.89, p = 0.030) and NPY1R (OR: 1.52, 95% CI: 1.09–3.01, p = 0.047) remained significant independent predictors of Ki67 reduction.
