We chose T24 cells, a bladder cancer cell line, for thesestudies because these cells express a high level of MYC.39 We assessed the ability of fluorescein-labeled FITC–CHDMax-1 toenter T24 cells using confocal microscopy and observed overlappedfluorescein and Hoechst nuclear stain signals, showing internalizationof FITC–CHDMax-1 (Figure 4C). Here, MYC is linked to urinary bladder cancer.
