SLC5A2 and type 2 diabetes mellitus: Additionally, this study aimed to compare the short-acting SGLT2 inhibitor tofogliflozin and other SGLT2 inhibitors.<h4>Methods</h4>A questionnaire was administered to 142 patients undergoing treatment for type 2 diabetes to assess the presence of nocturnal polyuria.<h4>Results</h4>Among the 69 patients not taking SGLT2 inhibitors (Non-SGLT2-I Group), 41 (59.4%) reported no nocturnal polyuria, while 28 (40.6%) reported its presence.
