In an attempt to exemplify the generalization of neoantigen vaccines, 7 validated MHC-I (H-2Kb) binding neoantigens (Chen et al, 2022) (Mapk3-S284F, Lmf1-F523V, Samd91-K752M, Traf7-C403W, Dtnb-K40T, Lbr-A341P, and Ptpn2-I383T) that were obtained from Hepa1-6 cells, a murine hepatoma cell line from the C57L/J mouse, were selected as the immunogens. This evidence concerns the gene LMF1 and hepatocellular carcinoma.
