FLYWCH1 and acute myeloid leukemia: Although FLYWCH1 was recently suggested to be a negative regulator of Wnt signalling in AML and CRC [19, 20], we did not detect upregulation in Wnt signalling upon loss of FLYWCH1 or early resistance development in EOC (Supplementary Fig. S2E and F) but rather downregulation of Wnt signalling genes (Supplementary Fig. S9).
