In non‐human primates, CPTX2309 induces rapid and deep B cell depletion followed by repopulation with predominantly naïve B cells within three weeks, a phenomenon consistent with observations in autoimmune disease patients treated with ex vivo CD19 CAR‐T cells, where naïve B cell return correlates with sustained remission and functional immune reset.[11] Overall, mRNA‐LNP platforms have demonstrated safety, efficacy, and durability in the treatment of both infectious and autoimmune diseases. Here, CD19 is linked to autoimmune disease.
