ZNF683 and cancer: Together with the fact that ZNF683 was previously linked to improved response in ICI-treated patients with Richter syndrome41 and to the revival of pre-existing ZNF683+ clones in patients with HNSCC responding to ICI treatment,42 this finding emphasizes the importance of the contextual co-expression of genes in relation to clinical outcome, as well as differences between gene expression in different cancer types and tissues.
