In this study, we observed CaMKII-mediated RyR2 phosphorylation (Ser-2448) and protein kinase A-mediated RyR2 phosphorylation (Ser-2808) in the heart of PG-LPS-treated mice, which might be associated with SR Ca2 + leakage via the RyR2 channel and heart failure [63]. The gene discussed is CAMK2G; the disease is heart failure.
