CD8A and colorectal carcinoma: In both the Apcmin/+ tumorigenesis mouse model and orthotopic implanted CRC mouse model, the imbalance of E. coli or F. nucleatum promoted the infiltration of PMN myeloid-derived suppressor cells (PMN-MDSCs) and Tregs in the tumor (Figure 2, G, H, J, and K and Supplemental Figure 3, D and F) and decreased the infiltrating and antitumor function of CD8+ T cells (Figure 2, L–O and Supplemental Figure 3, G and H).
