PGF and preeclampsia: A significant difference was demonstrated on sFlt-1/PlGF (448 vs. 61.6,p < 0.0001), PlGF (33.9 vs. 115.2,p < 0.0001), PlGF% (−76.6 vs. −20.3,p < 0.0001), and sFlt-1 (15499 vs. 3226,p < 0.0001) in preeclampsia with low birth weight and/or small-for-gestational age neonates or with normal birth weight and/or appropriate-for-gestational age, demonstrating sFlt-1/PlGF, PlGF, PlGF%, and sFlt-1 can also be biomarkers of low birth weight and/or small-for-gestational age neonates in diagnosed preeclampsia pregnancy.
