DDIT3 and Decreased total neutrophil count: Importantly, the incidence of grade 3 or more neutropenia (48.5%) was in line with data from the literature, although we observed a very low rate of febrile neutropenia (6%), which did not exceed that observed with R-CHOP(17) alone and was less than that found in R-CHOP-X studies9,17,21,27 (up to 20–33% with the novel combination24,28).
