To further explore the impact of high expression of DDIT3 in B cells on the disease activity of SLE, patients were categorized into two groups: inactive group (SLEDAI ≤ 4) and active group (SLEDAI ≥ 5) based on the SLEDAI-2K (SLE Disease Activity Index 2000). This evidence concerns the gene DDIT3 and systemic lupus erythematosus.
