IL17A and migraine disorder: A daily intake of 80 mg of curcumin resulted in a significant reduction in the gene expression and plasma levels of IL-17 in migraine patients after 2 months, leading to an improvement in migraines (Djalali et al., 2020); while a daily intake of 160 mg of curcumin was found to result in a discernible improvement in mood after 8 weeks (Lopresti et al., 2014).
