As expected, when compared to control-like subtypes (S1 and S2), the AD-like subtypes (S4, S5, and S6) had higher levels of M5 (Glycolysis/neuronal) and M4 (Ubiquitination) which have the strongest correlations to tau and amyloid biomarkers in CSF (Fig. 4). Here, MAPT is linked to Alzheimer disease.
