Dupilumab significantly decreased the serum levels of thymus and activation-regulated chemokine (TARC), which is a regulator of Th2-mediated immunity and a biomarker of AD disease. Moreover, dupilumab has been demonstrating sustained efficacy with improvements in signs and symptoms in adults along with quality of life (QOL) for up to five years in clinical studies.
