AKT1 and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease: KEGG analysis indicated that all seven compounds acted via Neuroactive ligand-receptor interaction in COPD; 6 compounds except DINP acted in COPD through Apoptosis, Prostate cancer, and AGE-RAGE signaling pathway in diabetic complications; EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor resistance was common to 4 compounds DEP, DINP, DMP, and DOP; and DEP, DMP, and DOP 3 compounds had PL3K-AKT signaling pathway.
