A model incorporating eGDR, BMI, age, AST, WBC, and PLT had an AUROC of 0.822, and was superior to conventional noninvasive scoring systems, including the AST-to-PLT ratio index, fibrosis-4 level, and gamma-glutamyl transpeptidase to platelet ratio for individuals with obesity (all P < 0.01). This evidence concerns the gene GGTLC1 and Obesity.
