NT5E and triple-negative breast carcinoma: A number of studies of oleclumab have evaluated CD73 as a biomarker in different treatment settings, including the first-in-human study in patients with advanced solid tumors [30], the phase Ib/II BEGONIA study in locally advanced/metastatic triple-negative breast cancer [31], which included an arm evaluating durvalumab plus oleclumab, and the phase I/randomized phase II SYNERGY study of durvalumab plus oleclumab in locally advanced/metastatic triple-negative breast cancer [32].
