AXL and gastric cancer: Compared to the untreated group, gilteritinib dose-dependently inhibited the migration (Fig. 4A, B) and invasion (Fig. 4C, D) abilities of KYSE30, A2780, and HGC-27 cells, revealing that gilteritinib significantly suppressed the metastasis capacity of AXL-positive EC, OC, and GC cells.
