In this study, we found that CSF3R-AS could activate the JAK2/STAT3 signaling pathway and regulate the expression of downstream target genes (MMP2, MMP9, BCL2, BAX, and VEGFA) by increasing the expression of CSF3R, thereby promoting the proliferation, invasion, and angiogenesis of HCC. This evidence concerns the gene CSF3R and hepatocellular carcinoma.
