MAGEA4 and urinary bladder neoplasm: Upon investigating MAGE-A4/A9 expression in high-risk bladder cancer, Bergeron and colleagues (14) compared 493 primary bladder tumors and 33 lymph node metastatic samples, of which only four samples were discordant (three samples were MAGE-A4/A9 positive in the lymph node but MAGE-A4/9 negative in the primary tumor, and one sample was vice versa).
