Indications with ≥3 MAGE-A4-positive patients and an average percentage of MAGE-A4-positive tumor cells of ≥30% were squamous NSCLC (79%), gastric cancer (78%), esophageal cancer (64%), ovarian carcinoma, other (61%), liposarcoma (59%), adenoid cystic carcinoma (49%), ovarian serous/high-grade carcinoma (34%), and pancreatic cancer (30%; Table 1). This evidence concerns the gene MAGEA4 and familial pancreatic carcinoma.
