MAGEA4 and adenoid cystic carcinoma: MAGE-A4 positivity appeared to be particularly prevalent (>50% prevalence) and abundant (average percentage of MAGE-A4 tumor cells ≥ 30%) at the same time in tumor sections from patients with adenoid cystic carcinoma, liposarcoma, ovarian serous/high-grade carcinoma, squamous NSCLC, and esophageal cancer, with a moderate-intensity average H-score in the squamous NSCLC, esophageal cancer, and adenoid cystic carcinoma indications.
