Indications with ≥3 MAGE-A4-positive patients and a high-intensity average H-score (201–300) were synovial sarcoma (average score 213); those with a moderate-intensity average H-score (101–200) were squamous NSCLC (169), esophageal cancer (155), ovarian carcinoma, other (141), gastric cancer (131), and adenoid cystic carcinoma (118); and those with a low-intensity average H-score (1–100) were liposarcoma (99), ovarian serous/high-grade carcinoma (61), pancreatic cancer (48), HNSCC (31), and colorectal cancer (21). This evidence concerns the gene MAGEA4 and pancreatic neoplasm.
