GH1 and Turner syndrome: The authors demonstrated that patients undergoing GH treatment exhibited a significantly greater first-year height velocity compared to the untreated control group (mean ± SE, 8.7 ± 0.3 vs. 5.2 ± 0.2 cm/year; p < 0.001), with results comparable to those observed in GH-treated individuals with Turner syndrome (8.9 ± 0.4 cm/year; p = 0.592).
