Although growth hormone (GH) therapy is primarily used in patients with idiopathic GH deficiency, it is well established that its potential applications extend to various conditions [2]; these include idiopathic short stature (IIS) (though authorized only in specific regions worldwide), patients with hormonal deficiencies secondary to inflammatory or neoplastic damage to the hypothalamic–pituitary region [3], Turner syndrome [4], Noonan syndrome [5], and other clinical conditions such as chronic kidney disease [6].
