Median IL-32 levels in patients with SIRS/sepsis and liver cirrhosis were 0.9 ng/mL (range: 0.1–10.0 ng/mL), comparable to those in the control group (0.7 ng/mL; range: 0–19.2 ng/mL; p > 0.05). This evidence concerns the gene IL32 and systemic inflammatory response syndrome.
