A high level of three proteins (SHBG, SCUEB3 and TNFSF22) and a low level of seven proteins (ATP1B2, LY75, HDGFRP3, ECM2, APOC1, ATXN3, CLSTN2) are risk factors for ALS. This evidence concerns the gene ATP1B2 and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis.
