The proportion of pathogenic mutations in the examined WNT/APC/β-catenin pathway genes of the MSI-high subgroup of CDX2-induced, SOX2-suppressed gastric cancers was 28.6% (22 of 77 mutations), while the rest were of unknown significance, according to the evaluation in the OncoKB knowledgebase. This evidence concerns the gene CDX2 and gastric cancer.
