The results showed that c-Jun overexpression inhibited the expression of β-catenin inside the nuclei and decreased the phosphorylation level of GSK3β at Ser9(pGSK3β(s9)) (Fig. 3J-L), both of which play important roles in neuroblastoma cell proliferation and differentiation [53, 54].
