First of all, 4T1 cells were utilized to construct an in situ tumor model of triple-negative breast cancer, and intraperitoneal injection was leveraged to administer the c-FOS inhibitor T5224 or the NETs inhibitor DNase I. The results indicated that both T5224 and DNase I treatments effectively slowed tumor growth (Fig.s 7 A-C). This evidence concerns the gene FOS and triple-negative breast carcinoma.
