Interestingly, one DEK::NUP214 (DN) patient in a phase I clinical trial with selinexor had a measurable residual disease-negative (MRD) complete remission in response to treatment with this single agent [34, 37, 38], stipulating interest, whether targeting XPO1 may be a rational, targeted treatment in patients with DEK::NUP214 AML.
