Prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA) is a type II transmembrane glycoprotein best known for its upregulated expression in the epithelium of prostate cancer cells, where it serves as an important target for molecular imaging (PSMA-targeted PET/CT scans [6]) and radioligand therapy (e.g. [177Lu]Lu-PSMA-617 and [225Ac]Ac-PSMA-617 [7, 8]). Here, FOLH1 is linked to Familial prostate cancer.
