According to the KEGG database, we found that the upregulated mRNAs were involved in different cancer-related pathways, like cell cycle (p = 8.31 × 10−22), cellular senescence (p = 1.69 × 10−14), pathways in cancer (p = 8.33 × 10−12), transcriptional misregulation in cancer (p = 3.06 × 10−11), and the IL−17 signaling pathway (p = 5.38 × 10−12) (Figure 14a), while focal adhesion (p = 1.13 × 10−12), pathways in cancer (p = 1.23 × 10−11), long-term potentiation (p = 1.27 × 10−11), and the ErbB signaling pathway (p = 1.85 × 10−10) showed downregulation (Figure 14b). Here, EGFR is linked to cancer.
