In the turquoise module, four hub lncRNAs (Gm5848, Zfp141, Rmrp, and Rb1) linked to hub mRNAs (Psmb3, Mad211, Sdhd, Ndufa6, Snrqd2, and Immp11) and are mainly related to NAFLD, multiple neurodegenerative diseases, oxidative phosphorylation, cell cycle, inflammation, and metabolic pathways. Here, RMRP is linked to metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease.
