Phospho-proteins that were increased in abundance included RBM12, an RNA-binding protein associated with psychiatric disease, and those decreased included HSP90B1, a member of the HSP90 family protein chaperone, which can modify poly-GR toxicity [46]; though, enrichment analysis did not pinpoint any particular biological processes under this condition (Fig. 2B). This evidence concerns the gene RBM12 and psychiatric disorder.
